Know what a design revision affects before you release it.

Upload the previous revision, new revision, BOM, and open POs. Get a concise impact report showing what changed, what may now be stale, and what needs human review.

No ERP or PLM integration required.

01 The problem

A revision changed. What else changed with it?

A drawing update is rarely just a drawing update. The new revision gets released, and the BOM, the open POs, and the parts it mates with are still describing the old one.

Someone usually catches it. Sometimes it is receiving, after the wrong part arrives.

02 How it works

Three steps, starting from files you already export.

  1. STEP 01

Upload the files you already have

    • Previous revision
    • New revision
    • BOM
    • Open PO export
  2. STEP 02

    Reconcile the change

The system compares the two revisions, then checks the differences against the BOM and open POs to identify likely downstream impact: stale part numbers, quantity and material mismatches, and parts that interface with what moved.

  3. STEP 03

    Review the impact report

Findings are grouped by severity. Each one cites the source file it came from, and anything the system cannot resolve with confidence is flagged for human review rather than guessed.

03 Example output

What the report looks like.

Findings, the evidence behind each one, and the action it calls for. Nothing else.

04 Fit

Built for messy files, not perfect systems.

Real engineering work spans CAD, PDFs, spreadsheets, ERP exports, and email. This is designed for that environment, not for the one in the implementation brochure.

Not required

  • PLM migration
  • ERP replacement
  • System integration to start

Works from

  • Drawing PDFs
  • BOM spreadsheets
  • ERP open PO exports

This is not a PLM or ERP replacement. It is a review step that sits in front of your release, using exported files.

05 Human review

Your engineers stay in control.

The system does not approve engineering changes. It identifies likely impacts, inconsistencies, and areas requiring attention. Your team makes the final decision.

01

Evidence-backed findings

Every finding names the source file and where in it the finding came from, so your team can check it directly.

02

Human review for uncertain cases

When a conclusion depends on engineering judgment, it is marked REVIEW and left for your team, not resolved by guesswork.

03

No hidden system changes

Nothing connects to your ERP, PLM, or CAD. The output is a report. What changes in your systems is up to you.

File handling

  • No system access required to start
  • Files are used only to prepare your report
  • NDA available before you send anything
